This post is short. Why? Because I'm attempting to show why strategy comes first, in 30 seconds or less - and we are at 8 seconds already. So here goes.
Imagine you are in a forest and you want to get out. What do you do first, get moving, or decide which direction to go? The answer is obvious. Strategy is about direction. Strategy comes first. Moving is tactical. Both are necessary.
Strategy before tactics. Always.
