Since this time last week, I've had conversations regarding six different organizations interested in having the Strategy Guidemap training brought to their company. Yes, we do that!

Two of the organizations I mentioned are business counseling groups - each located in different states. Their organization will benefit from the instruction on strategy, but so will their clients as they gain clarity around principles of strategic growth and incorporate it in their counseling. Their counseling will improve. It is exceptional professional development for them.
Another is a small business from which some of their team attended a recent event. They went back to the team and immediately proposed the entire group receive the training. I hope to help them do that, at a date and location of their choosing. In their case, I suspect we'll spend something closer to an all-day, deep dive to help them not only complete the 4-hour training, but get our hands dirty doing an organizational strategy guide map development session. They may need to more closely examine expansion opportunities. We'll ask how their current business practices can be brought more fully into alignment with a deliberate strategy.
Another organization, is similar, although perhaps a bit larger. An owner attended, but they have over a dozen managers, many of whom will benefit from the training. It will put them all on the same page, so to speak. These, company-hosted events provide a greater opportunity to think deeply about company-specific needs and application. They encourage more collaborate since everyone in the room are on the same team.
The last two, are actually companies being referred to me by a training organization, Custom Fit Training, and they will likely bring me to complete the training for both of these companies together - an exceptionally affordable route for microenterprises wanting personalized, high-end growth strategy assistance. In their case, it may be just me, with two business owners. A more intimate and personal opportunity.

Few things are more fundamental to an organization's success! I know of nothing else in a business you can adjust, ever so slightly, yet consistently get such big returns. The right adjustments to strategy can enhance sales and accelerate growth almost immediately and continue to do so long term!
